My art may NOT be used on any sites of a pornographic or racist nature. Finally, please let me know when and where you will be using my art.
My art may NOT be freely used for web graphics if you wish to use my art you must first ask me
My art may NOT be reproduced or sold in anyway without written permission from me.
My art may NOT be traced, copied or altered in any way without permission from me.
Any sort of fan art of my art or characters is permitted as long as it is non-profit and proper credit is given (my name, link to my website-www.myspace.com/darkgirldrawingsart). And please let me know so I can see it.
You may use my art for your own, personal computer wallpaper. I have no problem with that.
My characters and/or art are NOT to be used for RPGs.
Any other use not covered here requires my permission first. Contact me if any of the above is unclear. It is better to check with me first if you are unsure if something is allowed.
